WHAT IS IT AppNotarius?
App Notarius is a system (software / web platform / app) to facilitate the calculation of estimates of complete and detailed notarial deeds of taxes, taxes and related fees.

It is the only one that also adapts to the costs of your studio!

With App Notarius calculate a quote of a notary has never been so simple, in fact the use of the system is simple and fast, just enter the value of the act, any second value and pressing the "Calculate" immediately generated the quote.

The calculation includes the indication of the notary fees subject to VAT of 22% and of all taxes / fees that the notary receives from the purchaser and pays on his behalf to the State.

 - Notaries: can only be used by the Notary Office. App Notarius in fact gives more speed in calculating the estimate of a notarial deed and offers a significant help both to the Notary and to the collaborators of the firm who carry out the fulfilments of the post-stipulation.
 - Customers: if the system is integrated into its website, it can also be used by customers.

METHOD OF USE
Thanks to the techniques used to implement the project, it is possible to use the platform in various ways and in all work environments:
- Online / Cloud / Mobility: total compatibility with other programming languages ​​and ease of integration with existing websites.
- Offline: possibility of use in the various operating systems in Offline mode.
- No installation: as the app exploits the browsers already present in the devices, App Notarius does not require any installation; it is therefore possible to execute the software directly from a USB stick / from an external disk.
- Unique Website: possibility to develop the system to use it as a single website.

AppNotarius was created in two initial versions:
 - FREE version: activate some modules.
 - STANDARD License: precise calculation of taxes / fees + average calculation of the Notary's fee
 - PRO DEDICATED license: precise calculation of taxes / fees + Accurate calculation of the fee / costs of your Studio
