Container hire app is an efficient online asset management app designed for the container hire companies to document and record the significant data during the process of hiring and returning of the containers.

The app enables the companies who are actively involved in renting the small, mid-sized and large containers for projects and other purposes to document hiring and return process in real time.

This is an extended mobile based asset manager app that enables to identify the accurate number of containers hired with significant details in terms of the specification of each container rented out.

The app delivers to the container hire companies an accurate database of containers by capturing individual bookings of each container with a description of volume, size and defects before the renting process is enabled. This facilitates an efficient and transparent billing system for the container hire companies in terms of duration of renting out, damages on return and identification of such containers.

The entire container management process is carried out with utmost accuracy and reliability since the users are allowed to capture the customer’s signature at the time of renting out and return of the containers which is then synced with the ginstr cloud to enable accounting and management of container hire.

Benefits:

▶ every container hire instance is quickly and easily registered – no hire without documentation
▶ identifies hiring of each container per customer
▶ every instance of container hire can be analysed on ginstr web
▶ sorts data by customer information
▶ sorts data by container type, volume and condition
