A collection of 88 Grateful Dead ringtones from 1988.

1988 was a breakout year for this band. This app covers most material that they played this year.

This app is split into several categories. Guitars, vocals, keyboards, audience, In The Dark, set 1, set 2, sounds, and non 88.

It takes the better part of an hour just to explore all of the sounds one time through so there should be a lifetime of ringtones on here. The aim of this app was to give the user so much more than you expect in the same way that the Dead played their music. The quality of some of the recordings may not be the greatest, but these audience recordings do a good job in providing the atmosphere which is missing in a soundboard recording without the crowd professionally mixed in.

It was hard to pick a year to do but it simply came down to covering all of their material.
