Linguistic board game for 2 players, in which you need to make words with the help of letters, which are added in a certain way to the square playing field.

Words are composed by letter-to-letter transitions at right angles. The game field is a 25-cell square table, the cells of the central row of which contain one letter each, and the entire line is an arbitrary 5-letter common noun in the nominative case and singular (plural, if the word does not have a singular). During his turn, the player can add a letter to a cell adjacent vertically or horizontally to the filled cell in such a way that an inseparable and non-self-intersecting rectangular polyline (“snake”) from the cell with the added letter and other filled cells is obtained, which is a word (corresponding to higher requirements), or skip a turn.

The following rules must be observed during the game:
- Players take turns.
- Each cell contains only one letter, each letter in the composed word brings the player one point.
- The word must be contained in at least one explanatory or encyclopedic dictionary (or encyclopedia), while abbreviations, words with diminutive (bath, daughter, knife) and dimensionally estimated suffixes (domina, beast, scissors,) are prohibited, if such words have no special meaning, as well as words that are not part of the Russian literary language, that is, vulgarisms, dialectisms and jargonisms (with vocabulary marks Vulg., Dial., Jarg. and similar, for example, abbreviated names of the respective regions).
- Words in one game cannot be repeated, even if they are homonyms.

The game ends when all the cells are filled, or it is impossible to make the next word according to the above rules. The player who scores the most points wins.
