Step By Step Guide To Install DFB-Kongress using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. OUR INSTRUMENT FOR THE INTERACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF ALL PARTICIPANTS DURING THE AMATEUR FOOTBALL CONGRESS IS THE CONGRESS APP "DFB CONGRESS"

PODIUM ROUNDS
• During the five podium rounds, the registered conference participants can ask questions to the speakers via the KONGRESS-APP. Some questions will directly "get on the podium". All questions are collected and answered in the aftermath of the congress.

DISCUSSION ROUNDS OF ALL PARTICIPANTS
• In panel discussions, the participants in the congress will discuss five current topics of amateur football, jointly agree on recommendations for their further development and prioritize them for implementation. For this prioritization we also use the CONGRESS APP. The jointly developed recommendations for action are displayed for each topic in the CONGRESS APP. Each congress participant uses a voting system to decide which recommendation has the highest priority from his / her perspective. The voting results will be shown "live" in the congress and discussed together on the third day of the congress.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE CONGRESS APP

CONGRESS PROGRAM AND GENERAL INFORMATION
• In the CONGRESS APP the participants will find: The current congress program, extensive information on the five congress topics (eg as download or online seminar) and general information about the speakers. In addition, information about the arrival, as well as the hotel can be found.

INDIVIDUAL TABLE PLACEMENT
• "Who is sitting where?" Through the CONGRESS APP, each participant receives up-to-date information on which table he / she sits in during the various congress phases. Why is that important? During the congress representatives of the four levels of the football organization (Verein-Kreis-Verband-DFB) will discuss together. So that each participant discusses with as many different people as possible on the three days of the congress, we will change the table compositions (and thus their personal placement) several times.
