Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. EPB Hosted UC is a soft phone add-on to the EPB Hosted Phone Solution platform of products. It integrates voice telephony with other communications technologies into an intuitive user interface for desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.

Features include:
• Presence and IM: Shows which contacts are available, offline, or idle. Users can message individual users, multiple users or departments.
• Voice Calls: Make phone calls directly from your desktop or mobile device using your EPB Hosted Phone business number.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Users are required to have a Hosted Phone Solution VoIP account with EPB Fiber Optics to make calls.
