Asteroid : Earth Defender

Halley's comet has smashed into the asteroid belt scattering thousands of asteroids in every direction. They have been knocked out of their normally harmless orbits and are now plummeting towards our Earth.

The Earth is in danger again (well this is an arcade game so its bound to be). However this time its not from invading space aliens - this time its asteroids.

Your space fighter has been scrambled and you must intercept and destroy the deadly asteroids before they hit the Earth.

Game play is easy, tilt your phone or tablet for direction, touch anywhere to fire and use the thrust button to increase speed. You have radar in the lower right quadrant of the screen, along with a dashboard of critical flight data.

As the asteroids scream into the upper atmosphere they start to heat up leaving spectacular meteorite trails. As they get closer to earth the trails turn yellow then finally red, its an easy way to see which asteroids are closest to impact and therefore should be your priority.

Tactics :- its had to know which is best, here are a few suggestions.

1. Fly along with the asteroids blasting them as you go.
2. Accelerate to high speed and take them head on.
3. Fly off to the side the come in blasting from a tangent.
4. Sit in orbit close around the Earth and pick them off at the get close.
