In this post, I am going to show you how to install SMART Baspana on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install SMART Baspana using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

The application "SMART-Baspana" is designed to simplify the access of apartment owners and non-residential premises of an apartment building to the services of the management body of the condominium object (OUOK), as well as to involve the owners of the MOR to the management and maintenance of the common property of the condominium in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The app will help you to always be aware of the news of your home, get information about the financial and other reports of DLRs, vote on the management and maintenance of MOR, send applications and suggestions for improving the quality of MOR content, find contacts from any city and anywhere in the world of all those. staff when the need arises for your apartment or the whole house. The application optimizes the management decision-making process by the owners of apartments and non-residential premises in the MOR, which will help OUOK to quickly solve the issues of the maintenance of MOR and improve the quality of service provision.

When using the application, you can:
• obtain complete information about your home (technical passport, year of construction, developer, specifications);
• Receive and read news and important announcements about your home through push notifications;
