Ever wondered why one day your local will be firing and the next it's closed out and mushy? No more getting skunked with Surf Log. Surf Log allows you to record swell height, swell period, swell direction, tide height, tide flow (incoming, outgoing...), wind conditions, wave size and more!

Amass a decent enough sized set of data on your spots and before long you will be able to pick out the trends that make your spots tick. With Surf Log you can easily compare session data at a glance. You can even try out the experimental Wave Hunter: enter the current conditions and Surf Log will finding matching conditions with a good rating and recommend which of your spots might be working on any given swell.

Even if you are not into the hard core swell data, Surf Log allows you to log your sessions with a photo and note so that you can simply reminisce on epic days past when the waves go flat. Check out your surf stats so you can rub it in your friends face that you have surfed 8 days in row. View the expanses of the world that surfing has taken you to with the surf map.

Please not that Surf Log is still in beta. Some features may be buggy. The UI is a work and progress and the Wave Hunter feature still needs some more testing before it will accurately give recommended surf spots.

Also keep the peace of mind that all of your data is YOUR data. No one except for you can see your spots and your sessions. In the future Surf Log will allow you to hide those off the grid spots so that even your loose-fingered friends using your phone won't have access to them.
