Born in Bandung May 26, 1968, the 8th child of the couple H. Basyuni Suriamiharja with Hj. Ai Dalisah. Childhood is in the teacher's environment, starting the desire to build ideals, love, and work.

His mother was a teacher at the People's School (SR) teaching from the age of 16 in Bandung and retired at the age of 60 after becoming the head of a junior high school in Jakarta. Whereas the father was one of the pioneers of education and was also General Chair of the Republic of Indonesia Teachers Association (PB PGRI) in 1971-1999. Parents become Kang Iswara's role models to be able to contribute more to the community and serve the nation more.

Go forward as a member of the legislature, not because of office thirst. What parents do is a mandate that must be continued, namely to be more devoted and more contribute.

The aspirations of the people must be fought for. The right of the people must be defended. That's where the reason Kang Siwara wants to further actualize his integrity, capability and credibility to become a people's representative, also to fight for the aspirations and defend the rights of the people.
