Welcome to ENIO: The ENIO E-Mobility app is used to locate, start and pay for electric charging points. Charging points from ENIO operators but also operated by ENIOs roaming Partners are included and can started with this App. ENIO offers users both anonymous access and access with registration, which opens up further possibilities. Charging stations can be selected via navigation functions and filtered according to the type of plug required. In conjunction with the geoposition, the nearby charging stations are displayed with a lot of detailed information. Charging points can also be called up with the QR Scan function directly at the loading point. Before the charge is started, the current prices for the respective charging process are displayed. Charges can sometimes be paid by credit card with PayPal or NFC payment function. Many charging stations also display a picture of the charging station or an operator. Some of these images contain additional information about the location and nearby opportunities for shopping, tourism, restaurants or similar. Additional links provide additional information about the location or vouchers that can be redeemed near the charging station. Registered users can also create a credit balance to simplify the payment process significantly. With a prepaid balance or with certified commercial customers, the charging process can be started without further steps at the push of a button. All own charges are recorded in detail with the amount of energy and time and can be viewed in the App. On a server linked to the ENIO App, the course of the respective charge (charging power) can also be displayed in the form of a charging curve, provided that the data is made available by the respective charging station. The loads with many details can be exported from here to Excel or PDF.
A special advantage for ENIO App users is the possibility to save money while charging. Special savings tips, which are displayed in the ENIO App for the respective loading point, reward the flexibility of the electric driver. These indicate their demand for kWh and the time available for each charge. Those who are more flexible can, depending on location and time, receive a significantly better price for the same amount of energy despite, or perhaps because of the longer residence time. The demand information enables the charging station operator to make better use of his infrastructure. Charging takes place over time and best when the sun is shining or the wind is blowing. As a result, the installation of charging points and the energy price for the operator can be cheaper. The operator can pass on this price advantage to end users. This will also increase the share of renewable energy for charging.
