Legume Matrix was born out of the necessity to have a processing plant for pulse crops grown in the south-central area of North Dakota. Legume Matrix officially broke ground and started construction of the plant in the summer of 2004. The first rail cars of peas were shipped in March of 2005. Since then, Legume Matrix has steadily grown and currently buys all classes of pulse crops. Legume Matrix ships all over the world and can accomodate all types of packaging requirements. Legume Matrix is proud to provide top quality finished products to its customers.

Legume Matrix strives to provide the producer with first class service from the time the producer plants his first seed to the time he hauls in his last load of product. The staff at Legume Matrix is always willing to try and help answer any questions that growers might have. Legume Matrix is able to provide seed, inoculant, chemical and almost any input needed for pulse crop production.

Legume Matrix is currently expanding its processing line to include the capability to dehull oats and provide whole oat groats along with ground oats fiber. Legume Matrix is currently able to provide the following products:
