After installing the application, the buyer must register with the service, the minimum requirement for registration is to indicate the phone number and confirm it with a code received via SMS from the service. After registration, the buyer forms an order using an electronic storefront (catalog) of the selected store with relevant products, prices and marketing promotions. After forming and sending the order, the buyer is informed about all stages of order preparation. The buyer may refuse to prepare or receive the order. To receive a finished order, the buyer must arrive at the point of issue of orders (in the store), identify themselves using this application or name the order parameters and receive an order for further payment in the usual way in the store. The application runs on a cloud service CITYNET ARBITRE.
