In this post, I am going to show you how to install KuMote - Swiping Roku Remote on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. KuMote is a unique Roku remote that features a swipe/gesture interface, that with a little practice that allows you to control your Roku without looking at your phone!

KuMote features:

Tap to anywhere to select/ok.

Swipe up, down, left, or right to move that direction

Press and hold to bring up secondary controls
•Left is Back
•Down is Home
•Right is *(info)
•Up is Replay
Then swipe in the corresponding direction to execute.

When swiping to move a direction, swipe and hold to keep moving that direction, release to stop.
