By adjusting the weight, repetition, set, and break time, you increase your exercise intensity.

If you exercise without any standard, you will not break the limit and you will have the same intensity every time.
Even though you have spent time and effort for 1-2 years, your ability to exercise and your body do not change so much that you may lose interest in your workout or get stuck.

However, exercise records will not only ensure a gradual overload, but will also motivate and inspire fitness that can be bored by having goals.



In fact, the actual notes are the best for easy recording.
The format is free so I can record it my way, just pick up the pen and write a few numbers.
However, it is not easy to carry the actual notebook at the gym.
It feels unusual, and there are two more burdens to carry.
