In this post, I am going to show you how to install AeroUEX on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install AeroUEX using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "AeroUEX" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

The AeroUEx research group provides aerobiological information to the population through this mobile application, being an important tool for the mobility of people. In this way a new application has been developed that includes new related implementations. The idea is to improve the health of citizens in
temporal and spatial scale in aerobiological monitoring in real time.
The main objective has been to develop a technological application that combines all the aerobiological information related to the possible impact on health of the citizens of Extremadura of the Aerobiology network (Badajoz, Cáceres, Don Benito, Plasencia and Zafra) in the southwest of Spain . The page is loaded by default in the component "maptabs" and from it you can search for pollen sources according to different variables: pollen type, search radius and location using the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). Once the pollen sources have been found, it will be possible to access this page and see the location of the sources on the map. From this page you can search for pollen levels in the different locations with collectors of the Aerobiology network of Extremadura. The values ​​of the different types of pollen obtained by the collector will show with the color code the total level of the day and the individual level of each type of pollen (there are twenty-four different types of main pollen). The Aerobiology network of Extremadura has five sampling stations. It also has weather stations with real time (since your data is updated in the database every 10 minutes) by pressing the orange button on each tab. For the forecast, images of the SILAM model of the Meteorological Institute of Finland are used, which shows different maps of air quality, both gases and pollen grains.
SILAM offers a 5 day prediction. In addition, standard 10-day synthesis images of NDVI 300m from the PROBA-V satellite of Copernicus (European Space Agency) were added to the application. On the other hand, a wind forecast is presented for the following seven days from the Windy web application, according to the ECMWF model. This mobile application is related in urban disciplines as a component in the
analysis of air quality, in order to reduce the potential impact.
