Step By Step Guide To Install Je signale using BlueStacks

It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

"Je signalale" is the unique platform for reporting anomalies in French public services and equipment. It is shared for all town halls, as well as for all French administrations, it is administered by the Carrefour des Collectivités Locales association which transmits and monitors reports to the municipalities or authorities concerned.
"I report" is free and does not require registration or registration to be used.

"I report" and the Carrefour association of local authorities are independent of the public authorities. The service is financed by the association's own funds; administrations can establish individual agreements with the association Carrefour des Collectivités Locales in order to use "I report" as an improved service for their population.
