Our responsibility is to be instruments in God's hands for change, that is, God will transform and save the man with the cooperation of the man, there lies our charism: to be co-workers with God in transforming the world.
We are not trained for ourselves, is God who enables us to be what He has planned and designed for us, so "our sufficiency is of God," you reading this text may think it is not able and unable to carry on their nor the lives of its transformation, this is due to the focus you have in yourself. However, to do as the Apostle Peter who had focused on Christ, and just stared at Christ can be a great man of God.
