What does the Nilespit mobile app contain? What can I do with the application?

1. You can see the bikes on the application homepage. You can get directions to the bike, you can rent if you are close enough.

2. The Stations menu lists the stations according to the proximity to you. If you wish you can see the distance between you and the station, the number of bicycles and empty parking spaces at the station, you can request directions.

3. From the How it works menu, you can get detailed information about the working principles of the bicycle system.

4. From the Prices menu, you can find out the prices of bicycles.

5. You can write station, parking and bicycle faults in the fault notification menu.

6. You can send your suggestions and complaints visually and in writing to us via the communication menu.

7. You can perform your membership from the member operations menu and make a reminder if you have forgotten your password.

8. You can login with your e-mail and password.

9. You can update your information from the My account information menu.

10. Use the Change password menu to change your web password and bike rental card password.

11. You can see your bike usage in the menu of bike use.

12. You can make subscription and credit loading from the Receive Card / Install Credit menu.

13. 15 minutes using a single password request. You can rent a bicycle if you do not have a rental card.
