Sarit Hadad - Songs Without Internet
Sarit Hadad (born 20 September 1978) is an Israeli singer-songwriter, composer and musician, one of the most successful singers in Israel. Has created 23 albums, and won six times the title of "Singer of the Year". In addition, she won the title "Singer of the Decade" in the first decade of the 21st century [1]. Israel's representative in the Eurovision Song Contest 2002.

At the beginning of her career, Sarah Hadad sang in a distinct oriental-Mediterranean style, and over the years her songs included other harmful styles, such as pop, rock and more. Some of her poems have become Israeli classics. Apart from her album, the way I chose all her studio albums has reached the status of "double platinum album and above".
Hadad was born in Afula to Nakdimon, Yarden, and Elisheva, a housewife, who immigrated with their family to Israel in 1976 from the city of Derbent in Daghestan. Hadad is the youngest child in the family, and she has three brothers and three sisters. In 1980, the family moved to Hadera. Her parents hoped she would be a doctor or an actress, but objected to her choosing a musical career. With the help of her sister Valentina, Hadad used to slip out of the house without her parents' knowledge and perform in nightclubs. In 1988, Hadad participated in the Young Talents Competition, playing the piano. The judges in the competition were impressed by her musical talent and noted that she had great potential to become a pianist in the future. In 1990, when she was 12 years old, her parents discovered the secret of her performances and forbade her to leave the house for performances. During this period, she learned to play instruments, such as: guitar, piano, xylophone, organ, organ, darbuka, cello, accordion and trombone. In 1992, Hadad returned to perform and joined the "Hadera Youth" band. In 1994, in one of the band's performances at the Sironit beach in Netanya, the promoter Avi Gueta saw it, was impressed by her special voice and offered her a recording contract. Since she was still a minor at that time, her sister Valentina signed her name. In an interview in 2014, Hadad said that, at their first meeting, she felt that a special connection had been created between them. After only one day, she managed to record a song under his direction.
Haddad began her career as a singer-songwriter for Sheriff. The promoter Avi Gueta, who discovered her, signed her on a recording contract.

The song was performed jointly with Sharif, accompanied by a piano, according to a Turkish melody, which served as a theme song. The album sold over 80,000 copies [4], and her career began to rise. In 1996, she recorded her second album in a live performance in France, which, despite his name, was recorded in an Israeli studio, and the voices of applause were recorded in advance [5]. This album has received favorable comments. That same year, Haddad recorded a second duet with Sharif, entitled "You Are Not Deserved for Love" [6].

In 1997, Hadad's third album, My Way, was released. The success of this album did not match the success of its first two albums, but Hadad's popularity among the public continued to grow. That same year Kobi Oz, the singer of Teapacks, decided to sing the duet with her "Why did you leave him?" The song became a huge hit, exposing Hadad to the general public in Israel. That same year, Yemin Mesika produced a film about her life, which was broadcast on Channel 2, called Sarit Hadad - The Voice from the Mountains.

In October 1997, Haddad appeared for a month in the Kingdom of Jordan under the guise of a Palestinian singer named Sirit Haddad al-Mutrabeh al-Karmel [7]. The record became a hit in Jordan and the Arab countries, even though Hadad did not speak the language. [8]

The other lyrics of the album's songs were written by well-known artists, including David Zigman and Mirit Shem Or, and included many radio hits, including Lev Gold and Black Moon. This album contributed to the establishment of Haddad as a leading singer, and helped her to penetrate the heart of Israeli mainstream music. That same year, Hadad participated in the Festigal, singing "Friends of all colors", whose words were written by Hannah Goldberg. This song won second place in the festival songs competition.
