Description of the system
Dashboard Client Impact & Results Information System (DCIRIS) is an online Application that is organizing and consolidating data on Tuwekeze Pamoja into a centralized relational database in which dashboard indicator variables/elements will be reported in it.

The purpose of DCIRIS
To expedite the data collection and reporting processes, Tuwekeze Pamoja staff will use DCIRIS to record daily activities and results for the clients and partners they assist. It is assumed that each staff member then accesses the Internet at least once per day to upload entries to Tuwekeze Pamoja’s master DCIRIS database and download new entries made by other project staff members. Partners will be provided with clear, concise data collection templates which are submitted to field managers/MEAL staffs on a monthly basis that with the support of MEAL Coordinators/Officers will enter the data into DCIRIS. Once entered into DCIRIS, the data is uploaded directly to Tuwekeze Pamoja Server where it can be accessed by program staff.
