Phom Onine - Ta La - Bai Phom - Tu Lo Kho (Ta La, Phom) is a popular card game in Vietnam and many other places around the world. Here is a short introduction to gameplay and basic rules:
Introduce:
Phom is a card game using a deck of cards (52 cards) or a deck of four cards (52 cards + 2 jokers). The goal of the game is to solve your cards by forming sets (phom) or placing valid cards to get rid of the cards as quickly as possible.

How to play:
Card distribution: Each player is dealt 9 or 13 cards, depending on the number of participants.
Start: The player sitting to the left of the dealer plays the first card. This player must play a set (phom) or a valid card.
Play in the round: The next player can play a new suit or choose a card from the previous player's played deck to form a new suit. This process goes on until one player drops a card or there are no more cards left in the suit.
Show cards: When a player has only 1 or no cards left in the deck, he or she can show cards. The other player checks to see if his deck can be added to the decks already played. If not, they must play more or draw cards from the unplayed deck.
End of round: The round ends when one player drops their cards and the score is calculated.
Basic rules:
Phom: A deck of cards includes at least 3 cards of the same value (for example: 3 5s, or 3 Aces, or 3 10s).
Lower cards: Create a phom or play a single card so that the value of the deck of cards must be greater than the previous deck. Special cards such as Aces have the highest value and 2s have the smallest value.
