MaX by Metaswitch provides a second shared phone number for small businesses, families and prosumers which can be used from within your normal phone app, alongside your personal number.

Continue to use your familiar phone app for voice calls, and MaX will intelligently route those calls using the correct number.
These calls are placed entirely using the carrier's voice network (we don't use VoIP), giving you clear, high quality voice calls on either phone number.

Other MaX features for business users:
- Use one device for work and personal calls, keeping your personal number private from your business contacts.
- Route incoming calls to multiple team members to ensure a call from your customers is never missed.
- Easily create conference calls with available team members from inside your phone app.
- Collaborate with team members - check their presence status.
- Business feed for easy to use group chat.

Other MaX features for families:
- Replace your landline with a shared family number that everyone can use from their mobile devices.
- Easily create conference calls with family members, or transfer incoming calls to the right person.
- Family hub for easy to use chat.

The MaX app is offered as part of a subscripton service by carriers to their end customers. To learn more, contact your Metaswitch sales representative or visit https://www.metaswitch.com/meet-max
Calls made using MaX by Metaswitch can be placed through an intermediate access number. All access number based calls use the standard minutes from your cell phone plan and may incur costs (e.g. when traveling internationally).
