This app is definitely for those who feel the need or want to improve their memory and sustained attention. There are three simple and very effective exercises used successfully for 10 years in our programs to improve memory and brain performance in general.

ACTIVATE challenges you, stimulates and guides you (with oral lessons) in the performance of these three brain gymnastics exercises, using verbal and visual stimulation and with three options for the speed of appearance of the data.

Very simple rules
1. Numbers in Order: You see or hear the numbers and then write them in the same order
2. Numbers in Reverse Order: Write the numbers you see or hear, in reverse order
3. Numbers and Letters: First write the numbers from least to greatest and then the letters in alphabetical order

Then you will see a board where you must choose:
- the number of data with which you will train (3 to 11)
- the type of stimulation (Verbal or Visual)
- the speed of presentation of the data (Low, Normal, High)

Stimulated Brain Areas
The first exercise stimulates specific CEREBRAL AREAS necessary to remember in the short term. The other two stimulate, in addition, brain areas responsible for two types of working memory. Working memory is a high-level human capacity that allows you to learn, plan, execute and make good decisions. It also stimulates the brain center of attention which, naturally, must have a very good performance to remember what interests us.
