Therefore, the owners of the Republic of Korea, a democratic republic, are its citizens.
Why? This is because it is written in the Constitutional Law, that is, the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, which is the fundamental principle of constituting the country.
Therefore, the Constitution of the Republic of Korea first declares who owns the sovereignty of the country.
It defines what rights those who enjoy sovereignty can enjoy and what obligations they must bear.
It defines how the country should be run and what institutions should be in place to run it.
Even shareholders of a stock company do not know what rights they are entitled to.
Just as if you don't try to exercise that right, you won't be able to enjoy it.
The people who are the sovereign people of the Republic of Korea do not know their rights and duties.
If you neglect to exercise your sovereignty, you will not be able to enjoy your rights as a master.
The Constitution is not the exclusive property of law students or lawyers.
As the owners of the Republic of Korea, we must all read and understand the Constitution, and make efforts to ensure that the rights and obligations specified in the Constitution are well realized.
