Step By Step Guide To Install KC Incident Management using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

The Knowledge Center Incident Manager application provides mobile device access to a centralized Knowledge Center server, allowing the mobile user to perform basic functionality, such as incident inspection, incident creation, and incident updates. The mobile device user can supply up-to-the-minute updates on incident status through the addition of log entries and multi-media file uploads, which describe the latest information regarding an incident in progress. Information collected is transmitted to a specified Knowledge Center server, allowing Emergency Managers to obtain situational intelligence and a common operating picture for daily operations, planned events and crisis situations that require an informed response.
