The College of Mesopotamia was inaugurated in 2010 to receive students who passed the preparatory stage with their scientific and literary branches to accept them in their departments. The college is located in the province of Diyala, northeast of Baghdad, in the intersection of Jerusalem in the city of Baquba. The duration of study in this college is four years and five years while at the same time accepting graduates of vocational schools such as industry, agriculture, trade and teachers' institutes of two and five years.
