Kazim Koyuncu (7 November 1971, Hopa - June 25, 2005, Istanbul) is a Turkish musician, songwriter, actor and activist who composes his own style by synthesizing the Black Sea music of Laz and Rock'n'Roll music. He died at the age of 33 in the lungs of testicular cancer.

He met music at a very young age. He moved to Istanbul at the end of the 1980s. He started making amateur rock music. In the early 1990s, he started to give concerts with his friends in various places. In 1994, he created his own style by combining Laz music with rock music. In the same year he and his friends decided to form a band called Zugasi Berepe. In 1995, the band released their first album called Va Mişkunan. The album received positive reactions because it was the first time. In 1998 they released their second album Igzas. The album made more sense than the first album. After this album the group broke up. In the early 2000s, Kazim Koyuncu went to the army. After his military service, he started working on his first solo album. In 2001, Viya! released his first solo album. The album didn't sound much.

In 2002, he started to compose music for the television series Gülbeyaz with Gökhan Birben. He also played in some episodes of the series. The soundtrack of the series attracted great attention. Then Kazim Koyuncu became known throughout Turkey. Their concerts were watched. In 2003, he began recording his second solo album. In 2004, she released her second album Hayde. Second album reached a big sales figure. It was one of the best-selling albums of the year. At the end of 2004, he was informed that he had cancer. His family and people who took the news were very upset. Even though the doctors told her not to tire too much, Kazım Koyuncu continued to give concerts. In 2005, he gave his last concert at Karadeniz Technical University. He died in Şişli on June 25 of the same year.
