PLAY NO TREINO is a personalized online training program created by the personal trainer Marlon Carreira, whose main focus is the preparation of individual and personalized training according to the objective of each student.

The PLAY IN TRAINING application was created to make the communication between students and staff more dynamic, having direct CHAT via the app, training videos with the correct execution of the movements, and 24-hour student support. All training planning is carried out with great care based on the questionnaire (anamnesis) sent by the student via the app, the photos of the body (optional), training place and available time of the student to perform the training.
