Nursing Care Evaluation Information System (SIEVAK) is an assessment process of providing nursing care using an android-based application that produces reports on the implementation of nursing care, giving actions and patient perceptions of nursing care services that have been given as a guarantee that nursing care is provided optimally to improve quality nursing care given to patients, as feedback to improve the cycle in the nursing process and support responsibility and accountability in the implementation of the nursing care process ".
The purpose of the SIEVAK application is to provide complete and valid nursing care evaluation data, to facilitate the nursing care section in evaluating nursing care services.
The benefit of the SIEVAK application is that this Innovation has succeeded in solving the problem of nursing care evaluation which has been felt to be less than optimal. First, this application produces a nursing care evaluation report that can immediately be seen according to the user's wishes whether it is daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or semester. Both of these applications are slowly converting makeshift working nurses to work according to the standard operating procedures set by the hospital. Third, significantly this application has helped preserve the environment and make efficiency in hospital expenditures in terms of paper purchases because this application relies on wi-fi networks. Fourth, this application makes it easy for the Nursing Care Section to make improvements to nursing care actions that are still not optimal so that improvements are made right on the target. Fifth, this application has reduced the number of noncompliant nurses to the Standard Operating Procedure set by the hospital.
The advantages of this innovation are First, this application is based on Android so the input from the nurse supervisor directly becomes a graphic and can be seen immediately on that day. Secondly, this application carries out comprehensive supervision of nursing care services to confirm to the patients served whether they really have received services that comply with the standards.
Third, this application provides space for the people served to submit complaints and suggestions for improvements to the nursing care services they have received. Fourth, the results of evaluating nursing care services are not the end result of this application, but rather how to cultivate nurses working in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure established by the hospital for patient safety and the accountability of the nurse's own work. Fifth, this application is run by supervisor nurses who indeed have the competence to conduct an assessment of the process of providing nursing care services in the inpatient room.
