The plug is produced in 4 steps which are:

1- Editing the Personal Trainer Profile
2- Edition of the Student's Record (All data must be completed)
3- Creation of the Series (Presenting several exercises available, and possibility of including many others).
4 - Generate a pdf file of the plug created by the user.

The pdf file can be shared from the teacher to the student, bringing the following advantages:

1 The training sheet will no longer be forgotten by the student in training since his portability is through his mobile device.
