Step By Step Guide To Install ES Tu Consulado using BlueStacks

It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

This application is an interactive tool, which seeks to provide information and access to consular services and humanitarian protection to the Salvadoran population abroad.

By using the application you will have a menu with multiple options for consultation and access to the services provided by the Government of El Salvador, through its diplomatic and consular network abroad. For this you can navigate through the following sections:

Embassies and Consulates: allows you to locate the diplomatic and consular office closest to your location or through a direct search by entering the name of a city. Thus, it provides information such as address, contact telephone numbers, social networks among others.

Consular Services: information about requirements and costs of consular services such as passports, family status registry, police solvency, criminal records, visa to enter the country, among others.

Consular Protection: information on the steps to follow to contact the nearest consulate or the Chancellery headquarters, in order to receive support in cases of arrests, repatriations, locating people and managing food quotas, among others.

Emergencies: makes it possible to create an emergency report in case of natural or humanitarian disasters, which require consular attention. In addition, it provides access to the WhatsApp number and Call Center of the Foreign Ministry.

Citizen Denunciation: You can report situations related to the attention provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will then be followed up in a timely manner.

Notices and news: you can find out what to do about the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the government, as well as scholarship offers to study abroad.
