Syaikh Abdullah Awad al-Juhani is one of the priests of the Grand Mosque, Mecca. He has a doctorate (Ph.D) from Ummul Qura University, Mecca.

Shaykh Abdullah Awad al-Juhany began leading tarawih prayers in Mecca in 2008, and he was known for his very emotional voice and brought the feeling of his listeners to be lustful. The qiro'ah sound has been recorded and spread to various parts of the world.

He was born in Mecca in 1976 AD, born in a family that was very concerned with religion made him really love the Qur'an and learn it from an early age. At a young age he participated in various Qur'an reading competitions and won first place in the lower tier of the international Qur'an held in Makkah.
