History of Turkey:
The Ottoman Empire was founded by Osman I a Turk Muslim of Kayi Tribe, son of Ertugrul Gazi. As sultan Mehmed II conquered Constantinople (today named Istanbul, Turkey) in 1453, the state grew into a mighty Muslim Turk Ottoman Empire also known as Turkey.
