About this app
This is an application that induces lucid dreaming with stimulation by light and sound.Recent studies have shown that the induction of brain waves into gamma waves during REM sleep can lead to lucid dreaming. REM sleep occurs several times a night, about every 90 to 120 minutes, and lasts longer toward the end of sleep. This app guides brain waves by flashing lights and monaural beats during REM sleep.

How to use
Set the time for the alert to start during REM sleep. If you use a smartphone arm, a selfie stick, or a smartphone goggle and make the smartphone screen visible in a sleeping position, the effect will be greater. If you don't have such a device, please adjust the position so that the light from the screen hits your face. After setting the alert, press the SLEEP button and go to bed without putting your smartphone into sleep mode. The alert lasts about three minutes. Alerts fire every 20 minutes after the first alert. You can change the interval. If you wake up and want to sleep again, please press the sleep twice mode button and sleep as it is.

Precautions for use
Do not watch alerts when you are awake. You may feel sick. The app's alerts include frequent flashes of light. Please refrain from using it if you are worried about photosensitivity attacks (epilepsy). Please note that I do not take responsibilities for any damages.

If not successful
・Basically, the probability of having lucid dream increases when you sleep twice. Try this when you have time on holidays.
・Use with other lucid dreaming techniques, such as dream diary, MILD, and WBTB. If you continue to use the app, you will experience more false awakenings and specific dreams (It's like a twinkling dreams). Train yourself to notice the signs of your dreams.
・Sleep time, depth of sleep, and the frequency of turning over in bed differ from person to person, so try many times until you find the right situation for you. Also, please adjust the position, brightness and sound volume of your smartphone.
