While you are following such a diet, or a regime, you can actually consume all the needed nutrients for your body such as meat, carbs, sweets, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, fats, as well as pasta. Practically, as you can see, you can eat anything. The only thing you should pay attention to is how to consume them. You should follow a strict diet plan and keep the rules in terms of how to consume the food as a whole. The diet is divided into 4 different days: Protein, Starch, Carbs, Fruit. While breakfast stays on this diet everyday the same, for the rest of the day have to consume a specific kind of food. If you strictly follow this diet, you will lose excess weight and speed up your metabolism, but, more importantly, you won’t gain the weight back.

If you reach your weight-loss goal before, you can end the diet sooner, and even then, the weight will not come back and your metabolism will not change.

90-day diet always starts with protein day followed by starch day, carbohydrates day, fruit day and then again protein day.

It is important that you don’t change the order of days.

The 90-Day Diet Meal Plan is strict. It relies on the so called “Carbohydrate cycling”, i.e. rotation of the food according to its carbohydrates content. Proteins are to be consumed throughout the first day of the cycle, starch on the second, carbohydrates on the third and vitamins on the fourth. The cycle is then repeated. It is important to observe the sequence of days, so if you happen to break from dieting, adhere to the same sequence when you resume it.

Another key element of the diet is the meal timing. The latter depends on the daily digestion phases of the human body. The breakfast takes place in the Purification phase, during which you must consume the least possible amount of food. The lunch and the dinner are consumed during the Nutrition phase, where the food composition is more important than its amount. During the Digestion phase you should restrain from food consumption, because your body needs to process the already consumed food in order to benefit most from its nutrients.
