Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Play Lights Up using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "Lights Up" icon on the home screen to start playing, it'll work like a charm :D

These puzzles are designed to unwind and to challenge your brain in a new ways.

Solving puzzles improves mental speed and thought processes. It helps reinforce existing connections between our brain cells. It also increases the generation of new relationships.

The ability to creatively solve problems and think critically is greatly valued, puzzles help us develop all of those important skills.

Light Up :

Light Up has rectangular grid of grey and black cells. Some of the black cells are numbered. Your aim is to ‘light up’ all the grey cells by placing lamps in some of them. A lamp sends rays of light horizontally and vertically, illuminating its entire row and column unless a black cell is blocking the way.

To win the game, you must satisfy the following conditions:

* All non-black squares are lit.
* No lamp is lit by another lamp.
* A black cell may have a number on it from 0 to 4, indicating how many
amps must be placed adjacent to its four sides.
* Non-numbered black cells may have any number of lamps adjacent to them.

Lights Out:

You have a grid of squares with lights. some are on and some are off. Clicking on
a light will toggle it ( on to off, off to on), it will also toggle four lights next to it ( on the left, right, above and below).

To solve the puzzle you have to turn off all the lights.

Lights Out-X:

You have a grid of squares with lights. some are on and some are off. Cells only on the periphery of the grid can be clicked to toggle the lights. Clicking on the lights on top and bottom rows will toggle lights of entire column. Clicking on left and right lights will toggle entire row of lights. Clicking on four corner lights will toggle row and column it belongs to.

To solve the puzzle you have to turn off all the lights.
