Create special polls for the purpose of evaluation. Each question you make is a quantity type question. For example, "How much do you like watching TV?", or "How often do you watch TV?", are both the types of questions you create in for these polls. For each question, you will choose a max value, which makes a range from 0 to that value that can be selected by the one answering the poll questions. Next you make a series of results that are determined by the total of all the questions. Each result will have a different status. For example, you could make it so that if all the selected values add up to 50, then the result text will say "You need to go outside more". Or if it adds up to 20, it will say "You might need to go outside more". The result depends on the total from all the questions.
