Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

A call barrier can be created in both directions. On the one hand, you can decide who you can reach by calling me: For example, you have the option of blocking calls that would go abroad.

On the other hand, you can also block incoming callers. If the same company is constantly calling to sell something, or the call center does not give up trying to contact them, it can be pretty annoying. However, you can lock it thanks to the call barring simply put a stop.
Not only does one have the option to block individual numbers, but it can also block groups of people or even all incoming calls.

What does the caller hear on call barring?
What the blocked caller hears on a call arrives at the provider. So send some providers directly a busy signal, others come an announcement that the dialed number is not available.

To activate the call barring
A call barring can be established in most cases via the menu item "BLOCKING".
Under an appropriate point one can enter the number of the unwanted interlocutor, or even only a part of it, so that in the future all calls are blocked, which have these number combination.

If you do not want to lock ten numbers one by one, then you can create a group for this beforehand via the telephone book, which you will eventually lock.

For example, if you have decided not to call anyone for a day, you can prevent all outgoing calls with "ALL CALLS".
If you do not want to be reachable on holiday, the "ALL CALLS" prevents all incoming calls.
