This martial art was first called "Tote" which means like "Chinese Hand". When karate entered Japan.

Initially, this popular term of martial arts was karate, but tote. Tote itself has the meaning of the Chinese hand.
After this tote entered Japan, the Okinawa starch was replaced by sensei Gichin Funokashi into Japanese kanji, so the tote was turned into karate.
In senior martial arts, such as judo and taekwondo, definitely have basic techniques. Karate also has basic techniques.

The following are 7 basic techniques in karate that you need to ask for:

1. Kihon
One of the basic techniques in karate is Kihon. Kihon in the literal sense of foundation.
The purpose of Kihon here is that every karatedo must be able to master Kihon completely and correctly.
When it's done, karatedo can help and say the word and kumite.

2. Words
The next technique of the kihon technique is the word technique. This basic technique means literally a form or pattern that exists in karate.
The real word is not just physical training, or many people say like aerobics.
but this basic word technique is more than that.

3. Kumite
The literal meaning of this basic Kumite technique is a hand meeting.
This kumite technique is usually carried out by karatedo in the advanced level.
The advanced here is like a blue belt, or more.
Only at this time there is a dojo that offers assistance or training on yellow belt karatedo or at the beginner level.

4. Dachi or horses
Dachi is a basic movement of karate that all karatedo must be able to master Dachi or these horses perfectly.
Horses are one of the first techniques that play an important role. Beginners must understand this movement correctly and perfectly.

5. Zuki or punch
