The BRAZILIAN CONGRESS OF PEDIATRIC NEUROCIRURGY is a scientific event held every two years, conducted under the coordination of the Brazilian Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery - SBNPed, which is constituted by the merit of the whole group and is currently a society recognized internationally for the quality of scientific and care production of its members, with active participation in the scenario of Brazilian and worldwide pediatric neurosurgery.
It is, therefore, an event of great importance for the professional growth of pediatric neurosurgery specialists, as well as resident physicians and students. The multidisciplinarity, including other medical specialties involved in the care of the nervous system of children, such as pediatricians and other health professionals, as well as the social impact of the topics addressed, such as hydrocephalus and spinal dysraphisms, complete the context of great relevance of the congress in the local, regional and national scenarios.
The Organizing Committee is preparing a scientific program of the highest level, which will count with the participation of renowned national and international guests.
In 2019, its thirteenth edition, for the first time will be held in the capital of the State of Ceará, which has excellent airport infrastructure and hotel to host large scientific meetings.
