All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install My Hempstead using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. The Submit Service Request feature allows citizens to easily inform the Village of important issues such as bulky item pickup, pothole repair, property maintenance issues, missed trash collection, and animal control issues. The service provides citizens with an easy way to report a service request to Village staff for action and resolution. The app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are handled. Citizens can also link directly to the Village of Hempstead’s social media and view information from the Village’s website.
