Getting started with ROOMUP is easy.

Contact us and we will create the account providing you with the url to access your personal dashboard, with your credentials. With these you can create users and configure your rooms.

With ROOMUP it will be possible to book meeting rooms easily and quickly, but without overlapping dates and times. Moreover with ROOMUP you will have everything under control and you will be able to choose which of your employees will be able to book a specific room and which will not be through the creation of the levels of the rooms.

ASSIGN LEVELS TO ROOMS:

 By assigning a level to the rooms you can choose which company figures can have access to specific meeting rooms (rooms). So for example, you can make sure that the "ELITÉ" meeting room can only be booked by some users based on the role you assign to them.

USER ROLES:

By assigning a role to users, you can make sure that they can book meeting rooms based on their company level. The roles in question (which can be renamed by you) are:

1. ADMIN
2. STEWARD
3. CEO
4. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
5. PROMOTER
6. EMPLOYEE
7. GENERIC
8. ROOM MANAGER

Remember that: Only ADMINs can configure the company dashboard, add BUILDINGS, ROOMS (with their properties) and EMPLOYEES (with the various roles highlighted above).
ADMINs can see which meeting rooms have been booked and by whom and in case delete the reservation of the same.
The STEWARDS can instead view the bookings of the company's meeting rooms, (but not manage them) and book them for third parties.
While the ROOM MANAGER or room manager, is the one who takes care of making the services of the reserved rooms usable and usable. A notification will alert you when the requested service has been effectively made available.

HOW ROOMUP WORKS

• Create your company by giving it a name
• create one or more buildings based on company locations (those where meeting rooms exist)
• creates all the rooms (meeting rooms) and their levels, indicating the properties: capacity and resources. (For resources we mean all the equipments of which are provided as wi fi; televisions; video projectors, etc.).
• Add and assign roles to employees.

Once these initial configurations are made, each employee can start booking the rooms.

Each user (employee) will see the N rooms potentially bookable based on his personal role. To book it, simply select the desired meeting room (room) indicating the date and time. The system will provide automatic feedback and tell you whether the meeting room is free or not for the requested date and time.
