DJ Arafat (sometimes called Yôrôbô, Commander Zabra and formerly Sao Tao the Dictator), whose real name is Ange Didier Huon1, born January 26, 1986 in Yopougon (Abidjan), is an Ivorian singer, composer, producer and musical arranger. He is considered by many to be one of Africa's greatest singers and a cut-off ambassador. He had a considerable influence on Ivorian musical culture2.

DJ Arafat in duo with Debordo Leekunfa released a new album, accompanied by a new dance called Kpangor. The concept and the singles that ensue become successes on the African continent, from Gabon to Burkina Faso via Cameroon. Tubes are born in a short time: Kpangor, Confirmation Kpangor, Lebede 2, 25 Groundnut, Buddha. These tubes impose themselves very quickly and arrive at the top of the Congolese rankings. Meanwhile, he releases freestyles that meet such success that after their releases, every ten minutes on average, a musical or a maquis broadcast: it is Spot 2009 (August 2009), the special Stéphane Sessègnon and Marie-Claude Sessegnon (Summer 2009 duet with Debordo Leekunfa), Forbidden under 30 years (September 2009).

DJ Arafat is one of the pioneers of coupé-décalé, which he contributes to popularize first in France and then around the world.

In 2015, he won the title of most influential African artist internationally by Forbes Africa and TRACE Africa3.
