Step By Step Guide To Install Orchestra Concierge Agent using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Concierge Agent is a fully integrated Orchestra mobile application for in-branch hosts and associates that welcome customers to a physical location. Concierge Agent has been designed for efficiency and personal arrivals, so that the host can focus on the customer, instead of spending time managing complex workflows.

With Concierge Agent, the host can create and edit appointments, as well as visits. Pre-booked appointments can be identified, via today’s listed appointments, appointment confirmation QR code, customer name or e-mail. The host can also reschedule or delete appointments.

The host can, with help of Concierge Agent, help drop-in customers get in line for a desired service, and then get mobile confirmation via SMS or e-mail.

Concierge Agent is fully integrated with the Orchestra notification solution, in order to seamlessly notify customers with visit and appointment confirmations.
Concierge Agent has a responsive design for tablets, working both in portrait and landscape mode.
