Creation according to the large Indonesian dictionary means the process, the way, the act of creating. Scientists all over the world today have agreed that this universe happened from nothing by chance and caused a big bang. Nothing (originating from nothing) is indicating the existence of creation (created).
Over the past century, a series of experiments, observations, and calculations carried out by using the latest technology, it has been revealed without a doubt that the universe had a beginning. Scientists have ensured that the universe is in an ever expanding state. And they have concluded that, because the universe is expanding, if this universe can move backwards in time, this universe must have begun to develop from a single point. Indeed, the conclusion that science has reached today is that the universe originated from the explosion of this single point. This explosion is called the "Big Bang" or the Big Bang.
As for the verses that explain that Allah SWT has created the universe are: [1] Q.S. Al-Sajdah: 4
Meaning: "Allah created the heavens and the earth and all that was between them within six days, then he dwelled on the Throne. You all don't have a helper or intercessor besides Himself. Then, do you not pay attention to it? "(Q. Al-Sajdah [32]: 4)
This verse explains that the God who has revealed the Koran to Muhammad is the Creator of heaven and earth and everything that is between them in six times. What is meant by the six periods in this verse is not the day known as it is today, but is the day before the existence of heaven and earth. Today is after the existence of heaven and earth and the circulation of the earth around the sun and so on.
After Allah created the heavens and the earth, He resided in the Throne, according to His power and greatness. Allah emphasized that no one can take care of all his affairs, reject the danger, calamity and torment. And no one can give intercession when the punishment befalls him, except Allah alone, because He Almighty determines all things. Then Allah SWT warns: "Do you people cannot take lessons and think about what you always see? Why are you still worshiping besides Allah? (Source: Ministry of Religion Interpretation) [2] Q.S. Al-Kahf: 51
Meaning: "I did not present them (the devil and his grandchildren) to witness the creation of heaven and earth and not (also) the creation of themselves; and I do not take those who deceive as helpers. "(Q.S. Al-Kahfi [18]: 51)
In this verse Allah explains His power, and that the devil was not entitled to be a mentor or patron for humans. The devil does not have the right to protect, not only because of the occurrence of the flames but also because they do not have a stake in creating this heaven and earth. Allah SWT asserted that the devil and the demons were not presented to witness the creation of heaven and earth, when Allah created them, not even their own creation, nor did some of them witness the creation of some others. When they are not present at the creation, how can they provide help in the creation.
