Your technicians can then scan QR codes and barcodes on asset tags, fill up checklists, and snap photos to highlight equipment defects for future corrective maintenance. At the end of every day, your technicians will be able to automatically generate detailed reports on the Zaiko platform, and then get your clients to sign off immediately on the device to receive a report in their inbox immediately. Say goodbye to carbonized papers and messy handwriting!

Zaiko’s simple dispatcher interface is designed to be easy to use and quick to implement to your maintenance processes. The developers at Zaiko have worked closely with maintenance professionals to develop a great application that fits to the maintenance professionals’ daily workflow. One of our best features is our work order system, which is perfect for repetitive maintenance activities, where you may have to raise a single work order with multiple repetitive tasks.
