In this post, I am going to show you how to install ASA on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install ASA using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "ASA" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

The ASA Program (Academic Supervision Application) is a media that can facilitate supervisors in carrying out supervision.

Characteristics of the ASA Program:
1) Supervision instrument data can be accessed directly anywhere and anytime via a smartphone with an internet connection;
2) The speed and accuracy of the process of data supervision, can be directly processed automatically;
3) Completeness of results or reporting that can be directly seen and known recapitulation, by the teacher and supervisor including notes and follow-up;
4) Teachers and supervisors can see instruments and supervision results quickly;
5) Reporting can be directly viewed and stored in a database at any time can be downloaded in the form of a pdf softfile and can be printed for reporting to related agencies.

Some of the facilities of the ASA program are that users can supervise, see results in detail, delete unnecessary / wrong supervision, print supervision results, see recap, etc.

Users in this application are categorized into two, teachers who will be supervised and supervisors can be from supervisors, principals, and senior teachers.

Each account / user has different facilities, the teacher can see the instrument (for preparation of supervision), see the results of supervision in detail, and print the results of supervision.

Whereas supervisors can get all teacher facilities with added supervision, can see the recapitulation of supervision results, and can remove the implementation of unnecessary / wrong supervision.

The ASA program is compiled based on the latest revised 2018 instrument, for the 2006 and 2013 curriculum.

The ASA program is not limited to existing supervision instruments, but users can add the latest instruments according to existing revisions.

The hope is that the ASA program can still be used even though there are revisions to the instrument.
