Say goodbye to the gym. The app requires no equipment. The app just requires a commitment to lose weight. Just use your body weight and take a few minutes daily. The app will greatly help you keep fit, maintain health and lose weight effectively. At the same time keep a check on your weight with the weight tracker to achieve your body goals.

There is a whole exercise package designed for each day in the 30 days challenge. Different workouts are combined to make a daily workout program. Just open the app and it shows the day you are on. Click the day and animated exercises will start. Just press the play button and start following what the animated character is doing on the screen.
