when the posture gets out of alignment, it does not look serious at first, but asymmetrical loading of a joint causes stress to accumulates over time, and that leads to pinching of a nerve, which cause the feeling of pain, mainly neck, shoulder and mid/ lower back pain.


the purpose of this app is to provide a detailed guide on the topic of health and good posture, and the cause behind these problems, here are the four sections of the app :

1.WHY : in this part, we go over why he human posture gets out of line, and what are the two most common problems that leads to having bad posture.

2.EXERCISES : this part is split into two sequences, with four exercises each, each exercise has visual and written instructions, as well as the main benefit of the movement.

The videos are uploaded to YouTube, and a demonstration video is available for every exercise, and You can watch the video directly from inside the app.

For the exercises that require time under tension, a timer is provided with a notification sound when the time is up.

3.INJURY PREVENTION: to have a mindful approach to training, it is necessary to think of possible injuries and prevent them from happening, we provide three tips to do so in this part.

4.WEEK LOG: this part provides a graph that allows the user to plot the Active versus the Static time of each day of the week, in order to have a visual comparison between the most lazy days and the most active ones.
